Team Quaning is deployed when a team has a common goal, for example in the area of leadership, communication or cooperation.

The program for a Team-Quaning consists of three parts:
Kick-off
Quaning-RGprogram Personal
Kick-out

√ Kick-off
The Team Quaning starts with the Kick-off, a day in which the whole team is present, led by the Quaner. This day the manager keeps the role of manager. When it counts, he will be the ultimately responsible person to make decisions.
The purpose of this day is to reflect as a team on what should be done differently, agree on a goal and have everyone’s commitment to the goal and align their sights on achieving the goal.

√ Quaning-RGprogram Personal
A week after the Kick-off each team member, including the final responsible team manager, starts with his Quaning-RGprogram Personal. The personal Quaning goal is the goal that has been jointly agreed at the Kick-off.

√ Kick-out
A week after everyone’s FINAL within Quaning-RGprogram Personal a concluding team-day will be held . This day the manager assumes again the role of manager. When it counts, he will be the ultimately responsible person to make decisions.
The program includes looking back on the period of the Quaning-RGprogram Personal, defining where they stand now and agreeing on follow up actions.
